Went to an urgent care place today, and thought the waiting area was very nice. I wondered who's paying for this?

There wasn't a doctor available, but the person at the desk was able to take vitals and do tests for flu and covid.

I talked to a doctor later on a video call. After giving some instructions and prescriptions, she starts talking about some supplement with a complicated name that I've never heard of. Then she holds up her phone to show me the name. On her phone it says "SPONSORED PRODUCT" highlighted in red. That was very strange for me (but I don't normally visit urgent care places).
